With the submission of this form you indicate that you have read, understood
and accept the Terms & Conditions as detailed here and also the other
content of this website.
- Onlinecounsellors.co.uk is the trading name of Kate Anthony of
7 New Covenant Place, Rochester, ME1 1BA, and is "the supplier"
- The award given and webstamp offered on completion of the course
is not a licence to practice Online Therapy; it is in recognition of
Continuing Professional Development.
- The service is learning the theory and practice of Online Counselling,
Psychotherapy and communication via interactive training and peer supervision.
- Payment for the service is via cheque to the supplier. Alternative methods of
payment via bank transfer or PayPal may be discussed via
info@onlinecounsellors.co.uk.
- The Members System is a secure and comprehensive system to protect
the members. Information about the user is stored in encrypted form
and is stored securely on the webserver. Passwords are encrypted so
sensitive information is never sent across the Internet. However, the
supplier accepts no responsibility for the storage of information at
the users end of the system.
- While every effort has been made to ensure the service and it's login
system is as clear and simple as possible, the user takes responsibility
for ensuring that they understand the system and is able to administrate
their membership.
- The provision of the service is via the Internet with back-up telephone
support for emergency system failure. The supplier can take no responsibility
for system failure at the users end. Serious service interruption at
the suppliers end will be met with appropriate recompense to be determined
by the supplier.
- The cost of the service remains static for 2005. No responsibility
is taken for the users ISP costs.
- You have the right to cancel this contract up to 60 days before the
first day of the first week of this course for a full refund of monies
paid. You have the right to cancel this contract up to 30 days before
the first day of the first week for return of 50% of monies paid. Cancellations
within 30 days of the first day of the first week will not be refunded.
Deferment during the run of the course will be at the discretion of
Kate Anthony. OnlineCounsellors.co.uk take no responsibility for incorrect
running of the course caused by machines with a capacity below the technical
specification given within the Criteria for
Application.
- The supplier accepts no responsibility for direct or indirect damage
to the users computer resulting from the use of this website or any
hyperlinked websites, and cannot take responsibility for the content
of hyperlinked websites.
- Trainees who have completed the course give their permission for
brief quotes to be used at the OnlineCounsellors.co.uk links pages.
They may be kept anonymous on request to the supplier via
info@onlinecounsellors.co.uk.
- Reference to the BACP and ISMHO as Kate Anthony's professional
affiliations should not be taken to imply endorsement by the BACP or ISMHO
of this website in particular.
