Costs, Dates and Time Commitments

The course has no fixed start dates - our experience in running the course since 2002 has shown us that flexibility is an important key to a successful learning experience, so trainees are able to pick their own convenient date to start. This means that trainees have a wider team of peers to work/gain experience from, and can also be on hand to share their learning with those starting the course behind them.

Your time commitment to the course is up to you, although you will probably need a minimum of 7 hours per week to complete it. However, you may choose when you spend these hours. As long as the course work is completed for the week, you may proceed to the next week, and so on. Please note that onlinecounsellors.co.uk stipulate that good practice is to have at least a 10 minute break for every hour you are at your monitor.

The cost of the course remains unchanged at £595. This includes access to the discussion boards, reading lists, websites, netiquette pages and membership administration as well as to the interactive system. While every effort will be made to accommodate your chosen course dates, under clause 2.9 of the BACP Code of Ethics and Practice for Trainers, onlinecounsellors.co.uk will only accept up to 12 members actively taking part in the Modules at any one time.

Also available is consultancy for individuals and organizations who wish to have input on setting up their own website, such as content, types of website, design, marketing, contracting, encryption services, payment services, Terms & Conditions, legal disclaimers and confidentiality stipulations. As needs vary, please apply for costs as to your requirements separately to consult@onlinecounsellors.co.uk or visit kateanthony.co.uk for more information.
